5. Payment and Pricing
Pricing for our services will be provided in written proposals or service agreements. Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payment, will be specified in individual service agreements.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Once a service agreement is signed and a deposit is paid, pricing for that specific project is locked in.
Refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Project Terms
6.1 Project Timeline
Project timelines will be established in service agreements. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by client response times, scope changes, and unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 Revisions
The number of included revisions will be specified in service agreements. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.
6.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing content, images, and materials in a timely manner
- Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables
- Obtaining necessary licenses and permissions for content
- Ensuring domain and hosting are properly configured
6.4 Scope Changes
Changes to project scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments. All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBOPS DEVELOPMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We provide services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Indemnification

Clients may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in their service agreement. Termination may be subject to fees for work completed.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which WebOps Development LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the state in which WebOps Development LLC is registered.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
